Jane Bridgeman is the founder of Flourish Associates and a People & Culture advisor with more than 20 years of experience supporting leaders and organizations through periods of growth, transition, and organizational change.

Her career has spanned pharmaceuticals, insurance, retail, media and entertainment, and financial services, providing a broad perspective on the leadership and organizational challenges companies face in complex environments.

Through Flourish Associates, Jane partners with organizations to strengthen leadership alignment, support leadership transitions, and build high-performing teams. Her work combines leadership insight, executive coaching, and practical organizational experience to help leaders translate strategy into effective leadership behavior.
