Jane Bridgeman

Jane is the founder of Flourish Associates and a Leadership & People Strategy Advisor with over 25 years of experience working with leaders and organizations at defining moments.

Her career spans pharmaceuticals, financial services, insurance, media, entertainment, music, broadcasting, healthcare, retail, education, sustainability and non-profit organizations across the US, UK, Europe, Asia and Latin America  — giving her a genuinely global perspective on the leadership and organizational challenges that matter most.

Jane works at the intersection of people, leadership and organizational effectiveness — combining executive coaching, strategic advisory and fractional people leadership to help leaders see more clearly and move forward with greater confidence.
