After more than 20 years in the corporate world, I chose to refocus my career on what I enjoy most - working with talented, inspiring, and highly motivated people and businesses. My career in HR has spanned industries including pharmaceuticals, insurance, retail, media & entertainment, and financial services, giving me a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities business owners and leaders face.
Today, I work as a Fractional People Partner, supporting organizations to strengthen their hiring experiences, reduce turnover, build confident managers and high-performing teams. Alongside this work, I offer executive coaching, providing one-on-one support to individuals who want to grow their impact, build resilience, and lead with clarity during times of transition or growth.
What energizes me most is seeing transformation unfold. Whether it’s helping an individual step into a new role with renewed confidence, guiding a team through change, or supporting individuals who are committed to growth, I consider it a privilege to be invited on their journey and to witness the results that follow.
I encourage clients to be bold, curious, and open. By challenging them to be “comfortable being uncomfortable,” they discover new perspectives, build resilience, and unlock new levels of success.
Outside of work, I deeply value time with family and friends - something I’ve come to treasure even more in recent years.
