After working in the corporate world for over 20 years, I decided to take a step back and focus on what I enjoy most - working with talented, inspiring, successful and highly motivated individuals. I am extremely energized by individuals who make the commitment to invest in their personal and professional growth, in service of furthering their success. 

When working with clients the greatest joy I experience is observing the transformation that unfolds and the beautiful benefit(s) this brings. Most importantly, it's a privilege for me to be invited on their journey and to witness the results and action(s) that unfold. 

I encourage clients to be bold and curious and expect them to be open and honest.  By constantly challenging, it helps them become "comfortable" being "uncomfortable".

My corporate background spans many industries (Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Retail, Media & Entertainment and Financial Services).  Having an extensive People & Culture Consulting and Professional Coaching background means that I can provide businesses and individuals with a unique blend of skills to suit specific needs.

In my personal life I value and treasure time with my family and friends (something I have grown to appreciate more over these past few years).
